Heather is an award-winning nail artist with over 20 years experience in the nail industry. She graduated from Ulster University with a Business Degree and subsequently founded Scratch Nails in 2011. Heather has built a loyal following of clients from across Northern Ireland. Her ability to create freehand art and 3D acrylic artwork on nails has caught the attention of the beauty industry, winning Nail technician of the year at NI MUBAs 2019, Irish NBL Ulster Nail Technician of the year 2020 & Best Nail Salon finalist at the NI Beauty Excellence Awards 2019. 

Scratch Nail & Beauty Bar has continued to grow and is listed in the Top 100 salons in the NI Hair & Beauty Guide.

Heather has recently opened a new business premises with a retro pink interior, allowing her to teach advanced courses in nails as the Educator for Glitterbels. Heather teaches beginner to advanced courses in acrylic, gel, sculpting and nail art design. Scratch Nails NI is also the exclusive stockist and distributor for Glitterbels in Ireland and the Republic of Ireland having both an online and retail store
