Business to Business Trade and Consumer Returns Policy
Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. If the product appears to be used or the packaging opened, you will lose your right to cancel your order due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Also, products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
When you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have ordered it in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within a reasonable time of the day you have sent us back the Products in perfect condition. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be borne by you.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.

If you do not receive your order, the following terms will come into place.
We use www.fastway.ie for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland & Royal Mail for the deliveries within the UK. Our orders are tracked and signed which allow us to have full sight of the location of your package at all times. We are happy to provide tracking details if you feel your package should have arrived and hasn't.
(a) If you do not receive your order because of a failure to provide the correct address at time of checkout. Scratch Nails NI will endeavour to help rectify this situation however we will not be liable for the cost of this lost package due to this reason. We will only provide a full refund if the package is returned to us by the relevant delivery company up to 30 days from date of despatch.
(b) If you do not receive your order and have not been contacted by the delivery company. You can request your tracking details from Scratch Nails NI that will allow you to check on www.fastway.ie
The consumer (you) needs to make contact with Fastway directly due to data protection. If the package cannot be located with Fastway you will need to make a claim directly with Fastway for the lost packa. Scratch Nails NI does not pay for the loss of packages by Fastway Ireland.
(c) If Fastway or Royal Mail attempts delivery and there is nobody at your address to receive the package, Scratch Nails NI will not be responsible for reimbursing the consumer for the contents of the order under any circumstances. Our delivery partner Fastway will make another attempt to deliver. If their delivery attempts are unsuccessful, they will return the package to Scratch Nails NI and this can take up to 30 days. Scratch Nails NI will not reimburse the consumer until this package is returned to us. The consumer can monitor when this has been received by us using their tracking number on the Fastway Ireland website. When the package is returned to us we will refund the order contents.
Please note that shipping will not be reimbursed due to the handling, processing and delivery attempts to the address. For this reason we urge our consumers to make sure that the address they provide at checkout will be able to accept delivery and sign for the package. We would ask you to consider sending to your place of work if you know that nobody will be present at the home address.
